Eligible Singaporeans will receive S$450 or S$850 in cash under the GST Voucher scheme in August 2025.
An individual or household's eligibility for social support schemes in a given year is determined by the preceding year's Annual Value of the individual's residential property.

Under the new eligibility criteria, Singaporeans aged 21 and above with assessable income of S$34,000 and below, who own zero to one property and whose Annual Value is less than S$21,000, will receive S$850.
