It will relocate outside Singapore during this break.
The English House, a Singapore restaurant run by British chef Marco-Pierre White, will be "temporarily closing" from Feb. 17 until further notice.
The restaurant, located at 28 Mohamed Sultan Road, announced on its Instagram account that it will be "taking a break to rejuvenate and assess the current economic situation".
"We are deeply grateful for your love, support, and shared moments over the years. This is not goodbye –just a pause before a new beginning."
Relocating outside of Singapore
The restaurant shared that it will relocate outside of Singapore while on its break.
In addition, it said it will launch a new franchise canteen concept in the future, depending on "favourable market conditions and subject to favourable circumstances".
