New ride-hailing company Geolah to launch in S'pore on Feb. 17

A new ride-hailing company, Geolah, will launch in Singapore on Feb. 17 at 3:30pm.

Geolah will also offer numerous ride services like:

• GeoKids: four or six-seater riders with a booster seat
• GeoAirports: for those travelling with luggage
• GeoTaxi: metered taxi fares
• GeoCar VIP: premium ride with extra legroom
• GeoPets: for riders travelling with pets
• GeoLimo: Hire a driver for up to eight hours

In addition, Geolah will also be offering exclusive ride coupons for new users.

The first 250,000 downloads by new users will be able to enjoy up to S$38 every month; terms and conditions apply.

Previously, Geolah was granted a provisional licence by the Land Transport Authority in December 2024.

The one-year provisional licence, which began on Jan. 1, 2025, will allow operators to fine-tune their operations to meet LTA's regulatory standards before being considered for a full Ride-hail Service Operator Licence.
