What happened on Feb. 8 at mall
The suspect had allegedly opened fire in the mall on Feb. 8 night.
The police suspected at the time that the gunman opened fire in anger after being told to move his belongings.
He was also believed to have been under the influence of drugs and had arrived at the shopping centre at around 10pm.
The male cleaning worker who got shot sustained injuries to his leg and buttocks but was in stable condition.
The suspect then fired multiple rounds at a sliding door before heading to the parking area of the mall.
The suspect tried to hail down a mall patron, but he kept on driving.
The suspect then fired a shot that hit the car.
The victim has since lodged a police report.
The suspect later confronted another driver who stopped his vehicle.
The gunman forced the driver to leave the mall with him and ordered him to be dropped off near the exit of an expressway.
