Underground pipe leak causes flooding in Yishun, PUB investigating

An underground water pipe had leaked near the junction of 101 Yishun Avenue 5 and Sembawang Road at about 1am this morning (May 10).
The leak had caused water to overflow into the surrounding areas, according to a Facebook post by PUB.
A TikTok video posted on May 10 showed the situation of the coffee shop near the affected pipe leak.The user, who is a food delivery rider, said he couldn't collect his order due to the pipe leak.
The agency has since deployed a service crew to isolate the leak and repairs are ongoing.
There is no disruption to water supply for homes and businesses in the area.
PUB is working with Nee Soon Town Council to carry out clean-up works.
The agency is investigating the cause of the pipe leak.
