After a battle with cancer, a Singaporean woman left her final words on LinkedIn, calling it her "last post here".

"Hi guys, this will be my last post here (on LinkedIn). Thank you for your friendship, love, and kindness—I feel incredibly blessed to have had you in my life," Grace Seah Zong Ling wrote in the post dated May 8.

She was 41, according to Facebook tribute page Death Kopitiam, and her obituary stated that she passed away on May 7.

Seah wrote that she has had cancer since 2018, and it became untreatable around November 2025.

She also went through a divorce some time along the way, she said.

"But through it all, I’ve been held up by the most supportive family and friends. I’m so, so grateful for each of you."

The wake will be held from May 8 to May 9 at Lor 1A Toa Payoh, with a cremation set for 5:30pm on May 9 at Mandai Crematory.

"If you’re able to, I’d love for you to come to my funeral. I hope it becomes a time of reconnection, with more flowing conversations than tears—and a reminder to live fully in the present," she wrote.

For those who are unable to make it to the wake, Seah said "that's okay too", but urged for them to "spend that time with your loved ones instead".

"Don’t grieve alone, ok?"

Final words to her daughter

Seah also revealed that she left behind a daughter named Kara, and asked for others to "help guide Kara as she grows into her own person".

"Teach her to be kind to others and to herself," she wrote. "And when she forgets, remind her that I love her so, so much—and that she is loved by many of you too."

In her parting words, she added that she believed death ends life, but not love or relationships.

She urged others to think of her when they missed her–"the silly things I said or did, the moments we shared."
