Double-decker bus crashes through road divider into car in Pasir Ris, damages another car & lorry
Three people were taken to hospital.
A double-decker bus crashed through the middle divider of Pasir Ris Drive 1 on Apr. 18, breaching the metal fence, and colliding with one vehicle and damaging at least two others travelling in the opposite direction.
Head-on
The incident occurred at around 2:15pm on Saturday.
The service 39 double-decker bus was seen on dashcam footage turning right from Pasir Ris Street 11 into Pasir Ris Drive 1.
A video posted on the SG Road Vigilante Facebook page showed the bus travelling on the leftmost lane initially only to filter right.

The double-decker bus was then seen in the rear camera footage crashing through the road divider and colliding head-on with a red Mercedes-Benz.
Photos of the incident taken after emergency services arrived showed the red car had been forced into the adjoining lane and had caused another collision between a black car and a lorry behind it.

The cars that had been hit appeared to have been waiting at a turning lane at the time, and were stationary.
The bus came to a stop while straddling the divider, ultimately blocking a lane of traffic in either direction.
