A man, whose hands were tied behind his back, was filmed shouting for help from an apartment balcony in Cambodia.
The video was apparently filmed in Sihanoukville, according to a Cambodia-based news page.

In the video circulating online, a man could be seen standing at the balcony of an apartment.
A scarf appeared to have been hanging from his neck and his arms tied behind his back, the man leaned over the railing and looked around.

A person was then heard shouting, before the video showed the man being led back into the room by another individual.
Another man clad in black could also be seen leaning across from the adjacent balcony before rushing away as soon as the man who was tied up was led back in the room.
