Melvin Lim's KW S'pore loses top agent Rayne Chua & team to ERA: BT
In a June 2025 Instagram post, Chua was noted as a "powerhouse" who led a "high-performing team of 38 associates".
Rayne Chua, one of KW Singapore's top real estate brokers, has quit to join ERA, reported the Business Times.
She was joined by "many" members of her team, in what appears to be another development following the alleged affair involving PropertyLimBrothers (PLB) co-founder Melvin Lim.
KW Singapore was founded by Lim as a franchise of U.S.-based real estate agency Keller Williams. It operates as a standalone business, separate from PLB.
Genuinely invests
Chua is a two-time PropNex millionaire who joined KW Singapore in June 2025.
In an Instagram post shared by the firm, Chua was noted as a "powerhouse" with over 10 years in the industry, who led a "high-performing team of 38 associates".
She was further described as "instrumental" in bringing in projects from developers, having brought in KW Singapore's first developer partnership, BT reported.
Chua said she chose ERA because she was "looking for an organisation that genuinely invests in people".
She said:
“As a market leader in both new projects and resale, I look forward to (adding value) to ERA’s family while continuing to serve our clients with care and professionalism.”
Around 40 agents followed her from PropNex to KW Singapore
In her move to KW Singapore, Chua doubled her team of agents to over 80, with 40 having followed her from PropNex.
It is unclear how many agents from her team joined ERA.
As of Feb. 4, KW Singapore has 159 agents, down from 162 on Jan. 28, according to data collected from the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA), reported BT.
But agency transfers — including Chua's — take about two to three weeks to be processed.
On the move, ERA said: “Rayne and her team have chosen ERA and we warmly welcome them.
"Her decision, together with many members of her team who have decided to move alongside her, reflects a strong alignment of values and confidence in ERA’s long-term platform and culture.”
