According to The Daily Mail, citing Russian media, Dmitry Nuyanzin died of a heart failure in his sleep.
Nuyanzin was attempting to quickly gain 25kg, before showing how easily he could lose the weight.
To achieve this rapid weight gain, he would binge on fast food, snacks, and desserts.
His diet included pizza, burgers, pastries, and dumplings smothered in mayonnaise for lunch.
He would also snack on chips throughout the day.
On Nov. 18, he posted an Instagram update showing his weight had gone up to 105kg.
