HDB launches executive condo site in Miltonia Close in Yishun for sale
The site is expected to yield around 430 residential units.

On Dec. 23, 2025, the Housing & Development Board (HDB) unveiled an executive condominium (EC) site at Miltonia Close for sale by public tender.
The EC site, located in Yishun was one of the 10 confirmed list sites under the Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme for the second half of 2025.
HDB's media release stated that the site covers 15,451.2 square metres and has a gross floor area of 43,264 square metres.
The maximum building height is 90 metres, and it is expected to yield around 430 residential units with a 99-year lease period.
Far from nearest MRT station, Khatib
The site sits next to Orchid Country Club whose lease expires in 2030. The land area would be rezoned for residential use, stated The Straits Times.
The plot is far from the nearest MRT station, Khatib, which may affect interest in bids.
Google Maps show that the site is approximately six bus stops away from the train station via SBS Transit Bus Service 117.
HDB stated that the tender will close at 12 pm on Apr. 14, 2026.
