Bonnie Blue draws backlash for disrespecting Indonesia flag: 'That is nothing compared to the disrespect these boys are about to show me.'
The Indonesia flag was pinned to the back of her skirt, causing it to trail on the ground.
British OnlyFans creator Bonnie Blue, also known as Tia Billinger, has sparked widespread backlash after a video showing her disrespecting the Indonesia flag outside the Indonesia embassy in London was widely circulated online.
Many viewers criticised the act as an insult to Indonesia’s national symbol.
Video clip sparks outrage
In the clip, Bonnie appeared to mock the criticism she had previously received over her conduct in Bali.
She said:
“People said I disrespected Bali culture… But that is nothing compared to the disrespect these boys are about to show me.”
A group of men wearing blue head coverings surrounding her cheered her statement.
She could then be seen walking with the Indonesia flag pinned to the back of her skirt, causing it to trail along the ground as she stood outside the embassy.

Indonesian officials condemn act
A spokesperson from the Indonesia embassy in London said on Dec. 23 that the embassy had submitted a formal complaint to relevant authorities in the United Kingdom:
“The Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia (KBRI) has submitted a formal complaint to the relevant authorities in the United Kingdom, including the UK Foreign Office and local police, for further handling in accordance with the laws, procedures, and authorities applicable in the UK.”
A deputy chairman of Indonesia’s House of Representatives also condemned Bonnie’s actions, saying that her behaviour was unacceptable.
He said: “The flag is a symbol of national sovereignty and honour, so any act that demeans it cannot be tolerated.”
As of writing, it remains unclear whether UK authorities will take further action following the embassy’s complaint.
Why was Bonnie Blue at the embassy
Bonnie was previously deported from Indonesia and banned from entering the country for 10 years after a series of controversial incidents in Bali.
She was also fined Rp200,000 (S$15.60) by the Denpasar District Court for a traffic-related offence.
She had drawn public outrage in Indonesia after making explicit comments about her activities in Bali, which ultimately led to her deportation and long-term entry ban.
Online reaction
Social media users continued to condemn Bonnie’s actions, with many accusing her of deliberately provoking outrage and trivialising Indonesia’s laws and cultural values, while also saying the fine imposed was too lenient.
