Man apparently urinates in Serangoon HDB void deck, looks left & right but gets caught on video anyway
He said he was "utterly shocked and disgusted".

A man was caught on video while appearing to urinate in the void deck of a Serangoon HDB flat.
A resident, Dhivyan Ramasamy, said that he saw the unpleasant scene unfold on Nov. 26 at around 9:25am.
It took place at Block 473A Upper Serangoon Crescent, where he lives.
Video footage shared with Mothership showed the man looking left and right while appearing to urinate.

He stood above a trail of liquid leading to the drain.

Dhivyan said that while he did not confront the man, he lodged a police report afterwards.
He was "utterly shocked and disgusted" at the sight, he told Mothership.
He added that he believes the offender resides in the same block, and that it is not the first time he has seen such events take place.
In response to Mothership's queries, the Singapore Police Force confirmed that a police report was lodged.
