8world reported that the coffee shop has a total of nine stalls, including a drinks stall.
It measures 2,450 sq ft, with its outdoor dining space measuring 560 sq ft.
According to Google maps, the coffee shop is located within Keat Hong Shopping Centre, which is a two-storey HDB commercial complex.
Its address is Block 253 Choa Chu Kang Avenue 1.
67-year lease left
According to 8world, the coffee shop's lease started in 1994.
It currently has 67.5 years left on its lease.
December deadline
The current sale via an Expression Of Interest (EOI), with a Dec. 4, 2025 deadline, is being conducted to gauge demand from potential buyers or tenants and to shortlist candidates for a project.
Keat Hong Shopping Centre has been a well-established community landmark for more than 30 years, according to EdgeProp, citing Sophia Lim, the director of capital markets at Cushman & Wakefield (C&W).
It has over 38,000 residents within the Keat Hong sub-zone.
