S'pore police seeking boy to assist with Hillion Mall 7-Eleven shop theft investigations

UPDATE on Nov. 1, 3:40pm: The boy has been identified by the police.

The Singapore Police Force (SPF) is looking for a boy to assist with investigations in an alleged case of shop theft in Bukit Panjang on Aug. 29, 2025.

The alleged shop theft occurred at 7-Eleven at Hillion Mall.

The Bukit Panjang Neighbourhood Police Centre put up the appeal on Facebook on Oct. 31.

A photo of the boy shared by the police appeared to have been obtained from surveillance footage taken from the shop.

The boy appears to be wearing a red jersey with dark-coloured bottoms and white shoes.

Anyone with information is requested to call Bukit Panjang Neighbourhood Police Centre at 1800-892-9999 or submit information online at www.police.gov.sg/iwitness.
