The Prive Group has shut down all its restaurants in Singapore.
This marks its permanent exit from the food and beverage industry.
When Mothership visited visited two of its restaurants on Aug. 31, restaurant staff confirmed that it was the chain's last day.
Social media gone
The chain's social media and information pages appear to be defunct.
Its email "[email protected]" could not be reached when Mothership emailed them for comment.

On Feb. 5, 2025, the National Heritage Board listed Prive Group's Asian Civilisations Museum (ACM) restaurant as "a casual all-day dining concept" but the website has now been taken down.

Nearly two decades in F&B
Datanyze, a company listing business contact information, stated that the chain started from one restaurant at Marina at Keppel Bay before expanding the chain to have more restaurants.
Its Facebook page stated that the chain grew to have "multiple brands under its growing portfolio, including Privé at Marina at Keppel Bay, i12Katong, Singapore Botanic Gardens, Asian Civilisations Museum (ACM), CHIJMES, Wheelock, Paragon, 313 Somerset, Jewel Changi Airport, Tiong Bahru, Robertson Quay & Katong; Privé Grill at The University Club, Empress at ACM as well as casual seafood-centric restaurant, Bayswater Kitchen at Marina at Keppel Bay".
The chain later closed its Jewel Changi Airport and 313 Somerset restaurants this year.
Mothership previously reported that its CEO, 44-year-old French national Jean-Luc Kha Vu Han, pleaded guilty in 2021 to asking a 13-year-old Singaporean boy lewd questions before assaulting him.
