A five-room Housing and Development Board (HDB) resale flat in the Kallang/Whampoa estate sold for a record price of S$1.54 million in September 2025.

The property is located in City View @ Boon Keng, in Block 7 on Boon Keng Road, according to HDB's resale transaction listing on its website.

Beat previous record sale in the area

The unit, located between the 25th and 27th storeys in the block, beat the previous record sale of S$1.49 million for another five-room flat in the same block.

Situated between the 22nd and 24th storeys, the flat's transaction was recorded in May 2025.

The units leases' commenced in 2011, and both flats are 1280 square feet each.

The two properties are also part of the Design, Build and Sell Scheme (DBSS) project at City View @ Boon Keng.

With a remaining lease of 84 years and five months, the five-room unit boosts various amenities within the area.
