Mark Zuckerberg is suing Facebook.
The attorney from Indiana, who has been practising law for 38 years, has taken issue with the social media giant for repeatedly disabling his account five times over the past eight years.
BBC reported that this has reportedly caused him thousands of dollars in lost business.
"It's not funny," Zuckerberg told Indiana media, WTHR.
His point of contention is that he had paid thousands for advertisements on the platform that were improperly taken down.
He also expressed his anger over the name confusion and insinuation that he was using a false name, pointing out that he has been Mark Zuckerberg far longer than the Facebook founder.
According to WTHR, S Zuckerberg's last suspension lasted over six months.
He was also sanguine about some measures Facebook Zuckerberg could take to right the wrong.
"If he wants to fly here personally and say 'I'm sorry,' or maybe let me spend a week on his boat to say I'm sorry, I'd probably take him up on that,"
A Meta spokesperson told WTHR that Mark S Zuckerberg's account had been reinstated and that they appreciated his continued patience on this issue.
