M'sia seafood noodle restaurant Hai Kah Lang to open in Funan Mall in Sep. 2025
The Michelin restaurant is best known for its seafood noodles and fish-head noodles.
Famous seafood noodle restaurant Hai Kah Lang will be opening its first Singapore branch in Funan Mall in September 2025.
CapitaLand confirmed on its website that it is the Malaysian restaurant's first overseas branch.
No details have been given on its opening date.
The restaurant's first outlet in the Taman Cheras neighbourhood in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, has won the Michelin Bib Gourmand award for three consecutive years since 2023.
The award is given to restaurants that offer the best value for money.
"To sample what it has to offer, first-timers may order mixed seafood noodles with crab, clams, fish, squid, shrimp, and laver seaweed in a briny-sweet fish bone broth that exudes rich aromas of Huadiao wine," the Michelin website stated, adding that snacks such as fried fish cake are also worth trying.
The restaurant is best known for its signature seafood noodles and fish-head noodles.
