The Sengkang-Punggol LRT line is down for the second time this week.
There is no service due to a power fault, said SBS Transit in an update on its Facebook page at 8:55am.
In a 9:20am update, the disruption appeared to remain unresolved.
Free regular bus services are available at designated bus stops near affected stations, from Sengkang and Punggol bus interchanges.
Free bridging bus services have also been activated.
"We are sorry for the inconvenience caused," SBS Transit said.
In a Facebook post uploaded by a user, staff could be seen directing commuter traffic at Punggol Bus Interchange.
Meanwhile at Punggol LRT station, trains were at a standstill.
