"A friend from Malaysia introduced me to the owner last year to discuss [the collaboration], hence we decided to do it this season," Yeo said.

While Yeo previously launched his own durian brand in 2021, this year’s digital push came with a strategic decision to partner up.
“[Handling] suppliers can be very tedious,” Yeo explained. “[By] working with Lexus, I don’t have to worry about [that part].”
As for the pricing? Expect daily fluctuations and the occasional surprise deal.
“Prices are floating every day, sometimes we throw in crazy deals, so please keep a lookout,” he teased.
Yeo also pointed out that the livestream prices are only exclusive to TikTok, and not available for walk-in customers at Lexus Durian King’s physical store.
Walk-in customers are charged by the weight of the whole durian instead.
