2 men seen urinating in front of Ang Mo Kio block, part of group that had loud gatherings there for years
At 5am in the morning.
For the past few years, Ang Mo Kio residents at a HDB block along Avenue 3 have been disturbed by a group that gathers almost every weekend to "bang on the table and sing," creating significant noise.
More recently, one of the resident discovered that some individuals in the group have also been urinating in public.
On the morning of May 30, around 5am, he captured video footage of two men relieving themselves in a nearby grass patch.

Another 40-second-long video shows a man in long pants doing the same, with his knees slightly bent and his hands near his crotch.
The resident said the group, made up mostly of seven to eight men with the occasional woman, often gathers at the space to "bang on the table and sing," creating significant noise.
He added that some of his neighbours have also voiced complaints about the same group.
Police called
The resident said he has contacted the police multiple times about the disturbances, including once last weekend and again on May 30.
Mothership understands that police officers responded to the reports and spoke to the individuals involved.
Under the Environmental Public Health (Public Cleansing) Regulations, offenders who are caught urinating or defecating in public can be fined up to S$1,000 for the first conviction.
Members of the public who observe such acts may make a report via the National Environment Agency's Online Feedback Form.
