A rubbish truck caught fire at the car park of Block 441 Jurong West Avenue 1 on May 14.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said they were alerted to the incident at about 12:45pm.
A water jet was used to extinguish the fire.
A video of the incident was put up on social media.
The rear trash collection portion of the blue rubbish truck was engulfed in flames.
Thick smoke could be seen emerging from the truck.
A group of SCDF firefighters were then seen extinguishing the flames with a water jet.
SCDF said the fire involved the contents in the rear compartment of the rubbish truck.
No one was injured in the fire.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
