Bus driver arrested after fatal collision with motorcyclist, 36, in Woodlands

A 36-year-old motorcyclist died after colliding with a bus in Woodlands.
According to police, he passed away after being taken to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital unconscious.
A 43-year-old bus driver was arrested for careless driving without reasonable consideration causing death.
Police and the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) were alerted to the accident at about 6:25pm on May 9.
It took place near the junction of Woodlands Avenue 5 and Woodlands Avenue 12, SCDF said.
Investigations are ongoing, the police said.
