Indie cinema The Projector to raise ticket prices from Apr. 17, Golden Mile Tower outlet reduces daily screenings

Singapore indie cinema The Projector will increase ticket prices in April 2025.
The cinema announced on Instagram that it would adjust its ticket prices starting Apr. 17, citing rising operational costs.
Standard tickets for Mondays to Thursdays will cost S$12 to S$13, while tickets for Fridays to Sunday, eve of public holidays, and public holidays will cost S$16.50 to S$17.50.
In addition, The Projector at Golden Mile Tower will no longer have daily movie screenings.
From May 5, it will be closed to the public except during events by the cinema.
In its Instagram post, The Projector shared that it aims to focus on "special and curated experiences", such as interactive film screenings and live music showcases.
Its second location at Cineleisure will still offer movie screenings.
