Jeanette Aw talks to 25-year-old 'daughter' from 'The Little Nyonya' 17 years after show ends
Memory lane.

Jeanette Aw has reconnected with her long-lost "daughter" after 17 years.
Aw and Christabelle Tan, 25, who played her daughter on The Little Nyonya" reconnected on Aw's YouTube channel, JA Unscripted.
The two had exchanged niceties on Instagram, but this was the first time they had met in person after all this while.
Tan graduated from law school and started work full-time last year.
Tan was eight when she started filming The Little Nyonya, but surprisingly that wasn't even her first hit show she starred in.
Tan says her mother told her, thought Tan doesn't remember this gig, being in another Singapore classic, "Holland V".
Tan recollected having to juggle school and filming, having to straddle travelling to Malaysia to film some scenes as well.
Aw also remembered having to shoot late on occasions, up till 2am, and how Tan and her family had to handle that kind of shooting schedule.
They also reminisced about a particular shot where Aw had to carry Tan and run down the streets during the shoot.
Aw also called Tan her favourite child actor, because she felt Tan was the most professional one she'd worked with. She commented on how Tan never complained despite the long hours, and even when she had nosebleeds, which Tan clarified had nothing to do with the intensity of the shoots.
When asked if she had any acting tips for Tan back then, Aw said she just wanted Tan to act as a child, instead of a little adult.
The two then reminisced over old photos from the show.
Ending the episode off on this very affirming note.
