In 2024, Blue Bottle Coffee opened its shop in Raffles City, focusing exclusively on selling merchandise and packaged goods.
The merchandise shop did not sell any drinks, but had plans to transform the retail space into a dine-in café.
Those plans are coming to fruition.
Blue Bottle Coffee was founded in 2002 in Oakland, California.
The brand has since expanded around the world, with outlets in countries like Japan, South Korea and China.
What's on the menu
Mainly known for its speciality coffee drinks, with offerings like espresso, drip coffee, cold brew and seasonal drinks.
For the non-coffee lovers, don't worry, there are also options like hot chocolate and matcha latte.
Its menu also features pastries, such as its blueberry danish, lemon poppy seed pound cake, and bay breakfast sandwich.
