
The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the site at Bayshore Road to the highest tenderer, Sing-Haiyi Garnet Pte. Ltd, who clinched the site with a S$658.8 million bid.
The site at Bayshore Road was launched for tender on Nov. 26, 2024. The tender for the site closed on Mar. 18, 2025.
The site was offered for sale on a 99-year lease.
The site spans 10,497 sqm. According to The Business Times, the area can generate "515 private homes".
The winning tenderer was Sing-Haiyi Garnet Pte. Ltd, which focuses, among other things, on property development.
