Sheng Siong now available on Deliveroo, customers can get S$6 off with S$40 spend from Feb. 15 to 28

Sheng Siong is now available on food delivery app Deliveroo.

Under a new partnership announced Feb. 10, customers can now order from 21 Sheng Siong stores in various parts of Singapore via the app.

Fresh produce, pantry staples, and household necessities were listed among the over 5,000 products offered in the online service.

While the partnership currently involves 21 stores, there are plans underway to expand this to 31 stores islandwide, Deliveroo said.

There'll also be a launch promo for both new and existing customers, offering S$6 off with a minimum spend of S$40 between Feb. 15 and Feb. 28.

The service will also be eligible for Deliveroo's platform-wide delivery fee of S$1.99 flat.

Lin Zikai, director of customer and operations at Sheng Siong, said that this is the first time the supermarket chain has partnered with a delivery company.

As a result of the partnership, products will be delivered to customers' doorsteps in "as quickly as 30 minutes", he said.
