Woman, 32, assisting police investigations after car hits police van in Marsiling

She was conveyed conscious to the hospital.

A 32-year-old woman is assisting with police investigations after her car collided with a police vehicle at the junction of Woodlands Avenue 3 and Woodlands Centre Road on Jan. 23 evening.

The aftermath of the incident was caught on camera by an onlooker, and the footage was uploaded to Facebook.

What video showed

According to the video, a police vehicle and a white car could be seen in the middle of a junction.

The police vehicle's back door was open, and its left side was dented.

The white car's front passenger door was left open.

An ambulance was parked behind the car.

At least two traffic police and four police officers were present at the scene.

One of the traffic police officers could be seen speaking to a person in the ambulance.

Two personnel dressed in safety vests could also be seen conducting investigations in the white car.

Woman conveyed to hospital: police

In response to Mothership's queries, the Singapore Police Force (SPF) confirmed they were alerted to the incident at around 7:45pm on Jan. 23.

The woman was conveyed conscious to the hospital and is assisting with ongoing police investigations.
