A lorry driver and a Comfort DelGro taxi driver allegedly got into a fistfight on Ban San Street near Queen Street on the afternoon of Jun. 26, with videos of the altercation circulating online, Shin Min reported.

According to a witness, the incident took place at around 4 to 5pm.

What the videos showed

In the first clip, a man in a grey shirt and a taxi driver are seen standing by the taxi, appearing increasingly agitated. The man in grey then walked towards a lorry parked in front of the taxi, while the taxi driver returned to his vehicle.

In the second clip, the taxi driver had begun moving his cab when the man in grey allegedly reached through the car window and struck him. The taxi driver got out of the vehicle, and the two exchanged multiple punches.

The man in grey then struck the taxi driver on the head three times, at one point sending him stumbling back into the car. The taxi driver also landed a hit on the other man's head during the exchange.

The fight was eventually broken up by what appeared to be a bus stop worker and bystanders nearby, who stepped in to separate the two.
