"When I opened my window, I saw a black car crash near the building," he said, adding that he assumed the driver was drunk though he did not provide evidence.
The resident added that the driver then stepped out of the car and walked around it, supposedly realising that he had "messed up".
Subsequently, the driver drove away, the resident said, adding that the driver's left rear wheel was not functioning properly after the crash.
Following the incident, two traffic police officers arrived at the scene, the resident said, but after the car had driven away.
Car
It is not known why the car was there as that area appeared to be a path for residents or passers-by and there were no other vehicles seen nearby, according to the Instagram story.
