Man urinates in public outside Kampung Admiralty, stares at passers-by who look at him

A man was caught on camera while appearing to urinate in public outside Kampung Admiralty.

A resident said she saw the scene unfold in front of her on Jan. 18 at about 7pm.

In a video shared with Mothership, the man could be seen urinating into a bush next to a staircase landing, looking around as he did so.

He stopped his act just as others passed by behind him, but stared at them as he left the scene.

While the resident said she did not confront the man, she filed a report with neighbourhood reporting app OneService.

According to her, there were many toilet facilities in the area, yet the man had chosen to urinate into the bush.

She added that she was not familiar with him, but had seen him on a daily basis sitting with a group of people at a bench nearby, listening to loud music, smoking and drinking.
