David & Victoria Beckham's son Brooklyn blocks his parents on Instagram, claims brother Cruz

It looks like the Beckham family is getting drama for the holiday season, as Brooklyn Beckham, son of David and Victoria Beckham, appears to have blocked his parents on his social media.

In the latest stage of what is apparently a long-running feud, Brooklyn Beckham, the eldest son of legendary footballer David Beckham and his equally legendary ex-Spice Girl and fashion designer wife, Victoria Beckham, has blocked both his parents on Instagram.

Brooklyn, a former football player and photographer and now celebrity chef, and his wife, Nicola Peltz, actress and scion of the billionaire Peltz family, are apparently feuding against his parents.

People magazine said that the so-called feud had begun over a series of incidents at Brooklyn and Peltz’s wedding, where Peltz chose to wear a dress not designed by Victoria, despite initially saying she would.

The wedding, which took place in 2022, was apparently marred by another devastating incident, where Victoria supposedly interrupted the couple’s first dance, ruining the wedding.

Since then, rumours of a rift between the elder and younger couples have rumbled on, despite denials from both sides.

But Brooklyn was notably absent from several momentous events in his father's life, such as when David was knighted, his 50th birthday, and when David's Inter Miami won the MLS Cup; despite pictures showing the rest of the family in attendance.

Not true

Just before Christmas, the animosity has apparently broken into the open.

On Dec. 20, People said that Brooklyn, David, and Victoria Beckham had all mutually unfollowed each other on Instagram.

David and Victoria apparently do not follow Peltz on their accounts.

But Beckham's youngest son, Cruz, has refuted the story… to a point.

Posting on Instagram, Cruz, the third of four Beckham children, responded to a similar article by the Daily Mail (which appears to be no longer available), saying: “NOT TRUE.”

“My mum and dad would never unfollow their son.. (sic)

Lets get the facts right, They woke up blocked… as did I”

The Daily Mirror reported that the elder Beckhams have an open invitation for their son to return for Christmas, but this has been rebuffed, and Brooklyn and his wife have publicly announced that they will be celebrating the holiday with her parents.

The youngest Beckham child, Harper, appears to have only recently started an Instagram account, but has not made it public.

Probably for the best.
