A delivery driver for American food delivery company DoorDash had her account suspended following an alleged sexual harassment incident on Oct. 12.

In a TikTok post on Oct. 15, Henderson, who goes by the handle @irlmonsterhighdoll, on the platform, said that she was banned from the app after reporting a customer for allegedly exposing himself in his home. Doordash refuted this claim.

Allegedly saw naked customer in home, later banned from app

In the video, Henderson said that she had arrived at a customer's residence to make a contactless delivery on Oct. 12.

She then noticed that the door was "wide open" with the lights on, and that the male customer was asleep on the couch with his pants and underwear pulled down to his ankles.

In a now-deleted video, the door is seen wide open, and the man can be seen lying on the couch with his pants and underwear around his ankles.

Henderson noted that this was her third time recounting the alleged incident on TikTok as the platform had previously taken down her earlier posts about it.

She added that the customer was banned from the app after she reported them to DoorDash.

However, Henderson was also kicked off the app two days later.

The matter was also reported to the police.

"I've lost my job (my only way to pay my bills and make a living), I've also gotten assaulted, and the police are doing nothing to help me," Henderson lamented.

On Oct. 16, Henderson shared in another video update that she reportedly only received an email explaining the reason for her termination around the same time that DoorDash released its statement on the matter.

She noted that she had previously made an appeal pertaining to her account, which had been denied.

Driver's account deactivated for posting video of customer in their home: DoorDash

In response to the matter, DoorDash said in an Oct. 16 TikTok post that the company "never deactivates someone" for reporting sexual assault, harassment or abuse cases.

It added that the company takes such reports "incredibly seriously" and also works closely with relevant authorities to investigate and support those affected.

"In this case, the Dasher let us know about an experience that made them feel unsafe — and that's exactly what we always want Dashers to do," DoorDash wrote.

According to the company, its team immediately launched an investigation following Henderson's report.

However, her account was disabled solely because she had posted a video of him in his residence and disclosed his personal details to the public.

DoorDash described the act as a "clear violation" of its policies.

Despite the deactivation, DoorDash said it has ensured that Henderson still has "full access" to her earnings.

The company said, "We know these are sensitive situations, and we want every Dasher to know: if you ever feel unsafe or experience something concerning, come to us. We're here to listen, act, and support."
