Thai beauty queen and OnlyFans creator Suphanee Noinonthong, 27, who was stripped of her Miss Grand Prachuap Khiri Khan 2026 title, could also be facing up to three years in prison for making and sharing explicit content.

She was crowned on Sep. 20 but was stripped of her title just a day later, after an explicit video of her went viral online.

Videos that surfaced on social media reportedly showed her wearing see-through clothing while dancing, smoking electronic cigarettes and using sex toys, according to Thaiger and VnExpress.

Turned to OnlyFans to support family

On Sep. 24, Suphanee appeared on a Thai television program "Hon-Krasae", together with a provincial director of Miss Grand Thailand and a lawyer, to clarify the matter.

Suphanee said that since the pandemic, she started creating content on OnlyFans to support her family and claimed she did not know it was illegal, according to Thai media.

She shared that she had dropped out of university and worked multiple jobs, as her father passed away when she was in high school and her mother had cancer.

She has now lost both her parents.

Suphanee said the viral clip circulated of her was from a livestream on the platform in 2024.

She said she had wanted to leave OnlyFans for a more stable career, and entering the Miss Grand Thailand contest seemed to be a promising opportunity, Thaiger reported.

Could go to jail for creating and posting explicit content

The lawyer asked Suphanee if she was aware that her contract with the pageant had rules against "doing anything immoral or unethical", to which she said she hadn't read the rules, Matichon Online reported.

Suphanee was shocked when the lawyer reminded her that creating and posting explicit content is illegal under Thai law, and offenders can be jailed for up to three years.

"I don’t want to go to jail," she said.

Suphanee also apologised to the pageant organisers and supporters, and asked to be given a second chance.

The national director of Miss Grand Thailand plans to discuss with the provincial pageant committee over the possibility of reinstating Suphanee's crown, VnExpress reported.

Background

Previously, the pageant organiser said Suphanee was found to have "engaged in certain activities that do not align with the spirit and principles contestants are required to uphold."

They, therefore, found it necessary to "terminate her position".

As the representative of Thailand's Prachuap Khiri Khan province, she was slated to compete against winners from Thailand's 76 other provinces in 2026.
