Fans miss majority of Nadhif Basalamah's S'pore concert, unaware of timing change
The concert started 3 hours earlier.
Many fans were left in a lurch after a concert in Singapore began three hours before the original scheduled time and were not informed of the change in time.
Fans gathered on Sep. 12 at Foo Chow Hall to watch Indonesian singer-songwriter Nadhif Basalamah perform.
Their tickets stated that the concert was to begin at 8pm, but when they turned up, they discovered the concert was almost finished.

One fan told Mothership that they arrived at around 7:40pm and discovered that the concert started at around 5pm.
The change in timing was only announced on the organiser, Banyak Bagus Entertainment, on Instagram on Sep. 11.

However, some ticket holders did not receive any email or other forms of communication informing them of the change.
Banyak Bagus Entertainment is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, and organises concerts across Southeast Asia.
Turned off comments
Many fans were left frustrated and disappointed, and at least one had even flown in from Brunei to watch the concert, only to miss it entirely.
One fan shared on TikTok that she and her sister arrived at the concert at 7:45pm and were only able to hear him perform one song.
She was also told that the organiser sent out an email to inform them of the change in timing, but most of the audience did not receive anything.

And she was not the only one.

However, when fans took to voice their comments on the organiser's Instagram, the comments were hidden or deleted when Mothership checked on Sep. 13.

Another fan at the concert told Mothership that the singer addressed the crowd at the end of the concert, apologising that many fans did not receive information that the concert started earlier.
The singer later apologised on his Instagram Stories and shared that there were only about 40 people in the crowd when the concert began at 5:30pm.

In an email sent to ticket holders on Sep. 13, Banyak Bagus Entertainment apologised for the "inconvenience" caused.
"We truly understand the frustrations many of you experienced, and we are deeply grateful for the effort and support you showed by coming down to attend," the email read.

Following this incident, the Mothership reader said they would not attend another concert organised by Banyak Bagus Entertainment.
"It was irresponsible of the organisers not to notify us about the reschedule. The ticket even states "no refund", how is that fair?"
The reader added that she took leave to watch the concert, but only to find out that it had already ended.
Mothership has reached out to Banyak Bagus Entertainment for comment.
