S'porean couple welcomes baby boy on National Day 2025

Today (Aug. 9) is a special day for Singaporeans, especially for Singaporean couple Angie Sia and Jacky Hu.

The couple welcomed their baby, Janric Hu, at Thomson Medical Centre on Aug. 9, 12:52am.

At 2,780g, Janric is the couple's third son. They have two other boys aged five and seven.

According to Thomson Medical Centre, Janric is the first of three babies who made their grand entrance on Singapore's 60th birthday at the hospital:
