Man, 65, found dead at foot of Punggol Drive HDB block, woman, 59, apprehended
No foul play suspected.

A 65-year-old man was found motionless at the foot of a Housing and Development Board (HDB) block at Punggol Drive in the early hours of Jul. 3.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Singapore Police Force (SPF) and the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) told Mothership that they received a call for assistance at Block 654C Punggol Drive at around 5:55am.
No foul play suspected
A photo sent to Shin Min Daily News showed a blue tent on the ground floor of the block, with two police officers nearby.
The reporter who visited the scene observed some tree branches had broken off, and no obvious signs of blood at the scene.
The police told Mothership a 59-year-old woman was apprehended under the Mental Health Act.
Based on preliminary investigations, the police do not suspect foul play.
Police investigations are ongoing.
