Prime Minister Lawrence Wong was earlier at the May Day Rally at Downtown East this morning.
First speaker at Sengkang
He will be the first speaker at the Sengkang rally today on May 1, 2025.
The contest in Sengkang GRC is likely to be a tightly fought one.
In GE 2020, the Workers' Party won the new Sengkang GRC, garnering 52.13 per cent of the vote against a 47.87 per cent share for the People's Action Party.
The WP took 60,136 votes, while the PAP got 55,214 votes, a difference of 4,922 votes.

PM Wong will then travel to Punggol rally site.
He is likely to be the last speaker at Punggol GRC.
