Woman doesn't pay for S$47.30 Gojek ride after getting off at 1st stop in Jurong to 'take something', driver makes police report
She did not return or pay the fare, said the driver.

A Gojek passenger allegedly failed to pay her fare on May 11 by getting off at the first stop of a two-stop trip "to take something" and not returning to the vehicle.
The driver subsequently lodged a police report.
The alleged fare cheating incident was shared in a post on the Complaint Singapore Facebook page the same day.
Got off at 1st stop to 'take something'
According to the police report shared by the driver, he had picked up a passenger at Pasir Ris on May 11.
The passenger had made a ride booking with two stops, at a Jurong Housing and Development Board (HDB) block and at 140 Corporation Drive.
The payment option for the fare was set to cash.
Upon reaching the first destination at around 11am, the passenger told the Gojek driver that she needed to "go up to take something", the driver said.
The rearview camera footage showed a woman in a black shirt walking from the car towards a HDB void deck.

The driver said he waited for 15 minutes but the woman allegedly never returned or paid the fare.
He claimed that when he tried calling her, the call did not go through, and she did not respond to messages on the Gojek app either.
The fare for the trip was S$47.30.
In his post, the driver also warned other private-hire drivers to avoid the passenger.
He also lodged a police report that afternoon.
Police confirmed with Mothership that a report was lodged.
Gojek's response
In response to Mothership's queries, a Gojek spokesperson said non-payment of fares is an extremely rare occurrence at Gojek and is usually caused by human error.
"In the event that it does occur, drivers are advised to reach out to Gojek via the in-app help center so that we can ensure they are compensated," said the spokesperson.
"We also work with our driver-partners to liaise with the relevant authorities if necessary."
