PAP Nee Soon rally: Dasmond Koh describes 2019 interview with Shanmugam as 'life-changing'
Koh interviewed Shanmugam in 2019 regarding the passing of the POFMA Bill.

Actor-host Dasmond Koh made an appearance at the People's Action Party (PAP) rally on Apr. 29, at Nee Soon Stadium, where he spoke for about eight minutes.
Interview with Shanmugam in 2019 was "life-changing"
During his speech, which was mostly in Mandarin, Koh thanked Law and Home Affairs Minister K Shanmugam for agreeing to do an interview with him in 2019.
Addressing Shanmugam in English, he said: "Thank you so much for accepting the interview in 2019. You'll never know how much it meant to me and how it actually shaped the perspective of my life."
Koh added that the minister had taught him a lot of "life lessons" and that the most important thing he had learned in life was to be happy.
In May 2019, Koh interviewed Shanmugam about the passing of the Protection from Online Falsehoods and Manipulation (POFMA) Bill.
Government did their best to help everyone during the pandemic
Koh also touched on the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, and highlighted how Shanmugam reached out to various experts and grassroots personnel to educate Singaporeans on what to do in the face of the pandemic.
He said in Mandarin: "If you think your life was difficult during Covid, the ruling PAP who was leading through us this turbulent time had to shoulder an even greater responsibility."
Koh also noted how the government had did its best to help everyone, whether it was for businesses or the public, and added that this was the kind of government Singapore needed.
He then concluded his speech by calling for the public to cast a vote for Shanmugam and his team to bring both Yishun and Singapore to even greater heights.
