New ICA Services Centre opening on Apr. 7
Counter services will be closed for 4 days between Apr. 1 and 4.

The Immigration and Checkpoints Authority's (ICA) new Services Centre (ISC) will commence operations on Apr. 7 2025.
The new ISC is located adjacent to the current ICA building at 2 Crawford Street.
It will maintain identical operating hours, from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Seamless transaction experience
According to ICA, the ISC will provide end-to-end and a more seamless transaction experience.
Where previously members of the public needed to go to different levels of ICA for different services, they will now be able to be served a suite of services from a single location.
From July 2025, the public will be able to self-collect their identity cards and passports from automated kiosks, without needing to make an appointment beforehand.
Public parking will not be available until 2027, due to ongoing works at ICA’s carpark, and those who wish to drive will have to find parking elsewhere.
But there are several public transport options, including the East-West Line’s Lavender Station, and two bus stops with 15 busses between them.

Transition period
From Apr. 1 to 4, counter services at the existing ICA building will be suspended as ICA prepares to transition services to the new ISC building.
According to ICA, this transition period will allow ICA officers to perform stress tests and fine-tune systems and processes, in order to make final preparations for the new ISC.
During this time, no walk-in customers will be served, and those with urgent requests will only be served on a case-by-case basis and will need to provide supporting documents.
ICA said only certain urgent counter services may be provided, such as passports for urgent travel, patch taking for minors turning 22 years-old, and completion of formalities for immigration passes expiring between Apr. 1 and 6.
Customers are urged to submit their applications online via ICA’s website or MyICA app, contact ICA via their feedback form, or call its hotline at 63916100.
