The cake appeared to have been purchased from SDS Bakery & Cafe, which has an outlet at Johor Bahru City Square.

ICA thanked their counterpart at the Bangunan Sultan Iskandar CIQ (customs, immigration and quarantine) complex across the Causeway and wrote, "ICA looks forward to continuing our strong partnership and ensuring smooth trade and safe travels at our land borders."
Not the first time both sides have exchanged gifts
This is not the first time that both sides have exchanged gifts with each other.
In August 2024, Malaysia's Department of Immigration gave a cake to ICA for Singapore's 59th birthday.
In response, the ICA gave their Malaysian counterpart a cake later in the same month on Malaysia's 67th birthday.
Both sides also had a similar gift exchange in 2023.
