Traces of blood at the void deck
A reporter from Shin Min Daily News, who visited the scene, observed that there were still traces of blood at the site of the incident.
The blood stains were cleaned up by a cleaner at around 6pm, Shin Min reported on Jan. 30.
A resident, surnamed Li, told Shin Min that he noticed several police officers at the ground floor at around 1am on Tuesday.
However, he did not notice anything unusual beforehand and did not hear any noise.
Li saw more than 10 uniformed officers walking back and forth on the grass near the flats with flashlights.
He observed that they were walking along the drainage ditch for an extended period, seemingly searching for something.
