Touted in a Jan. 17 media release as Singapore’s newest resort "located a short drive from the city centre", visitors will have easy access to the Singapore Zoo, Night Safari, River Wonders, Bird Paradise, as well as the upcoming Rainforest Wild Asia, as they are all nestled within the Mandai Wildlife Reserve.
A total of 338 guest rooms and suites are available for booking.
They include standard rooms, suites, and family rooms with bunk beds that offer views of the rainforest, garden, and the Upper Seletar Reservoir.
To top it off, 24 treehouses, each with a private patio, are suitable for couples.
Room prices will be reflected on the website from Jan. 24.
Highlights
The highlights of the resort include a rooftop pool that provides unobstructed views of the Upper Seletar Reservoir.
There are two dining experiences on offer as well.
Overlooking the reservoir is specialty restaurant, Forage, which offers a "Trust the Chef" menu, including daily sourced ingredients, such as produce from the resort’s rooftop edible garden.
Planter’s Shed is an all-day dining restaurant featuring local and international cuisine with buffet options for breakfast and dinner, as well as live cooking stations and roving tableside service.
Ala carte menus are available at lunchtime.
The award-winning Banyan Tree Spa provides services that include detoxifying body wraps crafted with natural ingredients like turmeric and ginger, and signature massages that enhance circulation and alleviate muscle fatigue.
