Easties, we've got good news for you.

Kkoko-Sing is the newest Korean fusion eatery in the east.

The restaurant reimagines traditional Korean dishes by blending them with local and international flavours familiar to the Singaporean palate.

Here's what we tried:

Prawn Soup Stew (S$22++)

This is a spicy seafood stew comprising prawns, tofu and enoki mushrooms.

Ocean Harvest (S$40++)

Another menu option for seafood lovers is Ocean Harvest, a hotplate platter comprising prawns, octopi, sausages, shimeji mushrooms, tofu and mussels, all brought together in a Korean egg broth.

Galbi Sesame Pork Belly (S$20++)

Marinated in sesame galbi sauce, the pork belly here is served with white radish and greens — a perfect sharing option for those dining in groups.

Bratwurst Sausage Pizza (S$18++)

This is a fusion dish that combines German bratwurst with Korean pizza sauce and topped with kimchi.

Mushroom Pancake (S$15++)

Served with green chilli soy sauce, Kkoko-Sing's Mushroom Pancake reimagines the traditional Korean pancake, which typically comprises seafood or kimchi.

Rice Cake with Minced Beef (S$18++)

This dish features baked tteokbokki coated in gochujang sauce, with minced beef in every bite.

Signature Cocktails (S$18++)

Aside from fusion food, the restaurant also serves cocktails inspired by cultural symbols. Their signatures include Asam Laksa and Fire Dragon, both of which pay homage to Asian noodle dishes.

Each cocktail deals a damage of S$18++, or S$30++ for two.

Mocktails are also available from S$9++ as a non-alcoholic alternative.

Additionally, Kkoko-Sing is pet-friendly, and has a "cocktail" menu even for pets, featuring concoctions of goat's milk from S$9.90++.

Bingsu (S$4.50)

Currently, Kkoko-Sing has two flavours on their menu: Cendol and Citrus Burst.
