Seen shaking on toilet bowl

A clip of the incident was shared on the "sgfollowsall" Telegram channel.

In the video, the man, wearing a khaki-coloured cap and black T-shirt, could be seen sitting on a toilet bowl.

At the start of the clip, smoke could be seen exhaling from his nostrils.

He also appeared to be holding a vape device.

Throughout the clip, the man's hands were visibly shaking.

The person behind the camera asked the man a couple of times if he was okay.

In one of these instances, the man did not reply.

In another, he raised his arm to give a thumbs up and mumbled that he was okay.
