A man was charged in court on Jun. 12 for allegedly molesting women and taking photos and videos of their intimate areas without their consent.

The offences all took place at Health Step Foot Reflexology Centre, on separate occasions between February 2021 and December 2024, according to charge sheets.

The centre, located at Holland Village, offers foot and body massages.

The man, 52-year-old Lee Sze Ben, is facing 22 charges in total, for outrage of modesty, and intentionally taking images and videos without consent of women's breasts, buttocks, and crotch area.

A total of 14 victims were involved, The Straits Times reported.

Their ages at the time of the offences ranged from 28 to 58.

It was not clear if Lee was an employee at the place where the offences occurred, and if the victims were his customers.

Lee was also accused of performing a sexual act on a 38-year-old woman, and recording a video of himself doing the same to a 43-year-old woman.

He also allegedly massaged the intimate areas of some victims.

On one such occasion, he allegedly filmed himself massaging the breasts of a then-58-year-old woman.

In court on Jun. 12, he did not indicate how he would plead to the charges.

His case was adjourned to Jul. 10 to allow him to engage a lawyer.
