The Singapore Tourism Board (STB) said on Mar. 6 that it is arranging a special flight on Mar. 8 from Singapore to Muscat, Oman, to assist foreign visitors affected by the Middle East airspace closures.

The Mar. 8 flight will depart from Singapore for Muscat International Airport at 5:30am.

STB said in an update that the deadline for affected travellers to express their interest for the flight has been extended to 1pm on Saturday, Mar. 7, and they may do so on the STB website.

It was originally set at 9am.

Tickets are priced at S$600.

Children aged two years and above are required to have their own seat and will be charged the same fare.

The flight is strictly for non-resident travellers currently in Singapore whose travel arrangements between Feb. 28, 2026 and Mar. 8, 2026, have been cancelled by an airline due to the closure of airspace in the Middle East, and who have not rebooked alternative travel arrangements, STB said on its website.
